* Standard courses are nine weeks long and held live on Zoom.

* All sessions are 90 minutes and consist of a live lecture + discussion.

* Live weekly lectures will be recorded and accessible through the course homepage for those who cannot attend live.

* Syllabus and Reading: The class syllabus lists the week’s lecture and discussion topic, and often adds details about the topic. Many syllabi include suggested reading for the week, as well as suggestions for further study. All readings are optional.

* Our standard courses cost the same amount — $333. We are proud to offer advanced and graduate-level courses at a fee that will not paralyze our students with morbid debt. One year of courses at Kosmos costs about $1200 per year.

* Students receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course. Please refer to the course homepage for further details.

* Discussions and Q&A sessions are moderated according to the number of students present. In the case of larger classes, students might not be able to interact with the professor directly, and their questions will be answered through a moderator to save time and reach more student questions. We will do our best in this area.

* Kosmos Institute is a non-political space for free inquiry. We reserve the right to moderate our classrooms according to this stated policy.

* Refunds are issued up to two weeks before the start date of the class, after that refunds are not offered.
